Dushyant Lall
Dushyant Lall is a seasoned executive with over 50 years of global experience in IT and automation across industries including steel, shipping, cement and manufacturing. A core founding team member of Tata Consulting Services and former CIO and Head of Automation of Tata Steel, he played a pivotal role in transforming the Tata Group into a technology-forward organization. His leadership spans strategic roles with technology giants such as Oracle, IBM, and HP, and he was instrumental in establishing the Indian operations of global conglomerate Voest Alpine (Austria).
As an entrepreneur, Dushyant has led business transformative projects for industry leaders like Bokaro Steel ,Goa Shipyard, Shree Cement, Mokwano Steel, Uganda among others. He successfully led may ERP consulting in partnership with Baan and SAP.

With a strong academic background from BITS Pilani and Lamar University, Texas (USA), Dushyant brings a unique combination of technical depth, strategic thinking, and a commitment to inclusive development. He has taught at XLRI, contributed to national training programs, and held leadership positions in the Institution of Engineers, IEEE, and CSI.

As a trustee, he brings vision, integrity, and a deep-rooted passion for enabling a positive impact on the underserved cancer patients in India.

Thommen Ollapally
Thommen Ollapally, a Columbia University graduate, is adept at wearing many hats. His diverse professional journey spans from a role at Morgan Stanley in New York to working as a labourer on a construction site.
Currently, as Executive Director of Nandi Housing, he is committed to steering the organization toward its long-term vision. He is also the founder of Shoonya – Center for Art and Somatic Practices.

A firm believer in work-life balance, Thommen finds joy in books, classical guitar, and mindfulness practices. He never misses a chance for a game of squash.

He is deeply committed to the cause of cancer care, and as a trustee, brings vision and experience to help maximize reach and impact—especially for the underserved.
